Activation FM Tadka

Job Description

The person taking care of Activations will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all on-ground and digital activation campaigns for FM Tadka in Jaipur. This role focuses on creating engaging experiences for listeners, driving brand awareness, and supporting the sales team by developing innovative activation strategies. He will work closely with the programming, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of activation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Activation Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive activation strategies to enhance brand visibility and listener engagement.
  • Plan and execute on-ground events, promotional activities, and digital campaigns.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to maximize the impact of activation campaigns.
2. Event Management:
  • Organize and manage events, including product launches, roadshows, concerts, and community engagement activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and event execution to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all events align with the brand image and deliver a positive experience for participants.
3. Campaign Development:
  • Create and execute innovative and engaging activation campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Work closely with the programming and content teams to integrate on-air and on-ground activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets for activation campaigns, ensuring cost-effective execution.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop activation packages for clients and support sales pitches with creative activation ideas.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote activation campaigns through various channels, including social media, radio spots, and print media.
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
5. Audience Engagement:
  • Design interactive and engaging experiences for listeners, encouraging participation and feedback.
  • Utilize digital platforms and social media to extend the reach of activation campaigns and engage with a broader audience.
  • Monitor and analyze audience responses to activation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of activation campaigns, providing regular reports to management.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Use insights from analysis to refine activation strategies and enhance future campaigns.

Education + Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or experiential marketing, preferably within the media industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative activation ideas.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
