Job Description

The Outdoor Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence in the media industry. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in outdoor sales and marketing, with a strong track record of success in the media sector.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Develop and implement effective outdoor sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Present and promote our media solutions and services to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and build industry connections.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, media trends, and emerging technologies.

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in outdoor sales and marketing, preferably in the media industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the media industry, including advertising, digital media, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
